  Level 2 Welcome Back error

  Course: 12 Steps Self-Paced (Community-Based). I am experiencing an issue with Level 2: Intro to Level 2 and Welcome Back. I’m unable to play the video or mark it Complete. I’ve attempted this from different browsers and on my cellphone, but none of these steps have resolved the issue.
