I’m having account not being recognized as a member challenges and I’m not able to complete my makeup classes. How do I contact technical support?

Hi Ms. Kim,
Apologies for this inconvenience. Our make-up course is an open course which is specifically designed for our users in the Newark Women Moving Forward’s group, so you do not have to complete it. It is designed to help them catch up with the classes they missed. Click on Available course on the left menu to see our 12 Steps courses and enroll. Some of our courses have prerequisites you have to complete before you proceed with the others and that is why you had an error of “not being recognized as a member” I have emailed you, so please check and let me know if you need any further assistance.
