WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The dfree® Online Academy is a programming experience offered by the dfree® Global Foundation, Inc.  By clicking here you agree that you have read the agreement below and agree to its terms. 

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you and dfree® Global Foundation, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Website Owner”), the owner and developer of dfree® Online Academy.  By registering for any service provided on dfree® Online Academy you become a client (“Client”) and you agree to be bound by all of the terms (the “Terms”) set forth in this Agreement as long as you remain a Client. 

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR ANY DFREE® ONLINE ACADEMY SERVICE. The Terms are subject to change at any time, effective upon notice to you.

dfree® Online Academy reserves the right, with or without notice, to make changes to the Terms at Website Owner’s discretion. Your continued use of any part of dfree® Online Academy or any service constitutes your acceptance of such changes to this Agreement. You should review this Agreement periodically to determine if any changes have been made. The most current version of this Agreement, which supersedes all previous versions, can be reviewed by going to (insert link to updated Terms).

1. Limitations of Liability and Indemnification.  By using any services provided by dfree® Online Academy, you agree that in no event will dfree® Online Academy, Website Owner, dfree® Solutions, LLC, Corporate Community Connections, Inc., Dr. DeForest B. Soaries, Jr., and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages as a result of your accessing the website and using any of the services available. Your sole remedy for any breach or default of this Agreement by dfree® Online Academy or Website Owner shall be a return of any fees paid to dfree® Online Academy or Website Owner for any services provided under this Agreement.  You indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless dfree® Online Academy, Website Owner, its and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, awards or settlements) relating to or arising out of your use of dfree® Online Academy, including any breach by you of the Terms contained in this Agreement.
2. Responsibility for Use of Website.  You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your actions and decisions arising out of your use of the services provided on dfree® Online Academy.  You are responsible for any activities that take place under your username and password. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other breach of security, please contact dfree® Online Academy immediately.  It is up to you to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account. dfree® Online Academy is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the provisions of this Agreement.
3. Do Not Rely on dfree® Online Academy.  Opinions, advice, statements or other comments should not necessarily be relied upon and are not to be construed as professional advice from dfree® Online Academy or Website Owner.  Before acting on any information, material(s), product(s), service(s), and/or content you should consider its appropriateness within the context of your personal objectives, financial situation and/or needs.  In particular, you should seek independent financial advice and read any relevant product and/or service disclosure statement(s) prior to making an investment and/or general financial decision.  dfree® Online Academy and Website Owner do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any of the information provided and are not responsible for any loss resulting from your reliance on such information.
4. Confidentiality.  It is agreed that all personal information given to dfree® Online Academy or Website Owner, will be kept confidential by dfree® Online Academy and Website Owner.  For more information about your privacy please visit (insert link to Privacy Policies).
5. Ownership, Copyrights, Trademarks, Licenses.  You acknowledge and agree that the dfree® Online Academy and any software or programs used with respect to any dfree® Online Academy’s services contain proprietary and confidential information that is the property of Website Owner and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. No rights or title to any of the proprietary and confidential information on dfree® Online Academy or any software used in connection with any of its services is provided, transferred or assigned to you. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on any of dfree® Online Academy’s services or software, in whole or in part. Trademarks, service marks, logos, and copyrighted works appearing on the dfree® Online Academy are the property of the Website Owner. dfree® Online Academy retains all rights with respect to any intellectual property appearing on the website, and no rights in such materials are transferred or assigned to you.
6. No Warranties.  dfree® Online Academy and Website Owner provide the dfree® Online Academy services on an “as is” basis and do not make any warranty, express, implied, limited or other with respect to the services provided. Specifically, dfree® Online Academy and Website Owner do not warrant that the service will always be available, be uninterrupted, be error free, meet your requirements, or that any defects in the services will be corrected.
7. Severability. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will be in full force and effect.
8. Waiver.  The failure of dfree® Online Academy or Website Owner to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of this Agreement by dfree® Online Academy or Website Owner must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Website Owner.
9. Jurisdiction.  This Agreement or any dispute arising from this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to provisions of conflicts of law. Any lawsuit arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively before the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of any such court.

Entire Agreement.  This Agreement constitutes your entire Agreement with dfree® Online Academy and Website Owner with respect to any services.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

Suggested text: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Embedded content from other websites

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data
